New Member Orientation: State Assemblies 101

This training is essential for all new American State Nationals, as it gives you the foundation you need to actively participate in The Oklahoma Assembly and also enforce your rights against those commercial agents who are making presumptions at your expense. Here are several questions to consider:

  • Do you know the different presumptions being made about you, and how to rebut them?
  • What is the purpose of your paperwork?
  • Do you know why the Land jurisdiction overstands the Sea and the Air jurisdictions?
  • Do you know the relationship between the constitutions, the Federation of States, and the State National?
  • How can I properly write and serve a notice?
  • Do you know how to protect your sons & daughters from the presumptions being made against them?
  • Do you know why the Jural Assembly is so urgently needed now?
  • Do you know why we are standing up a State Assembly, compared to the other methods of getting remedy?

This course is an introduction to these fundamental discussions, and is the prerequisite course for all training for State Nationals young and old. After completing the course, we invite you to take the initiative and reach out and find a committee where you can apply your skills and experience. There is a lot of work to complete during Reconstruction, and we are very glad to have you here with us.
