What are the 928’s?

Some Context for the 928’s:

The documents below are referred to as “the 928’s” in reference to Anna Von Reitz’s Article # 928. The function of these documents is the same as the 1779 one pager, as it pertains to:

  1. Correcting one’s political status to that of American State National.
  2. Participating in the Oklahoma General Assembly.
  3. Protecting both the State National and the State Citizen from influences and presumptions of either the British Territorial or the Papist Municipal governmental services sub-contractors.

However – in addition to correcting one’s status to State National – the documents listed below are required to qualify people to serve in the capacity of State Citizen in the Jural Assembly, Militia Assembly, and International Business Assembly.

Prior to the 1779 Declaration document, the 928’s were the “basic package of editable forms” The American State Assemblies recommended for State Nationals to correct their political status. Today, The Oklahoma Assembly requires these documents for qualification for serving as a State Citizens, because each of these documents comprehensively rebuts a particular presumption that has been made against Americans in the International Sea jurisdiction. The intention is to set apart the State Citizen completely from any influences of the International Sea jurisdiction – which is foreign to the Land jurisdiction – and thereby protect those delegated powers which the State Citizen exercises on behalf of the State National. It is recommended to read through the documents below as each provides detail about how a particular presumption is being rebutted and how that document thoroughly removes the presumed controversy surrounding your political status.

If you do intend to serve as a State Citizen in the special assemblies (or if you desire the added protection offered by these documents), then we recommend recording these documents now, to complete the paperwork early in preparation for service in the capacity of State Citizen. If you choose to record them all together at once, list them on your Cover Sheet in the order shown below.

  1. Deed of Reconveyance (if you were born in America)
    • If you were born in another country and are adopting Oklahoma as your State, use the Deed of Conveyance.
  2. Certificate of Assumed Names
  3. Act of Expatriation (JOHN DOE)
  4. Act of Expatriation (JOHN MARK DOE)
  5. Act of Expatriation (JOHN M. DOE)
    • The function of the three Acts of Expatriation is that you are exercising your remedy available under the Expatriation Act of 1868, and expatriating the Legal Persons from the British Territorial and the Municipal governmental service providers (aka the “federal government”), and repatriating to your native state; the state you were born on. Article #1811 by Anna Von Reitz explains this process in further detail.
  6. Mandatory Notice – Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act
  7. Cancellation of All Prior Powers of Attorney
  8. DNA Paramount Claim
  9. Diagram of the Fraud (Optional)

To reiterate: only the 1779 Declaration & 2 Witness Testimonies are required for participation in the Oklahoma General Assembly.  Here are three articles by Anna Von Reitz which give more context about the difference between the 1779 Declaration and the 928’s.
