Passport Application for the State National

To acquire a passport which accurately reflects your status as a State National, The Oklahoma Assembly recommends the method from the Copper Moon Shine Stills website.

Important Notes:

1. The most important detail is to check “no” on all US Citizen boxes.
2. Add “In Care of” in front of your mailing address, and “Free Rural Delivery” (and all zeros for the zip) for your permanent address. This is to rebut any presumption that you are in their foreign and incorporated jurisdiction of Washington DC.
3. Add “without prejudice UCC 1-308” above your signature.
   • Important: do not underline non-citizen national in that paragraph, or the application will be denied.
4. We recommend that you make an appointment and drive down to the actual Passport Agency (not the post office) and hand in your application, to make sure you talk to the actual officer who is processing your passport application.
5. Expedite your application and reserve a hotel in Canada or somewhere across the border in the next 3-4 months, and include those details in Section #18, and also print of the reservation with receipt just in case they ask for proof that you really need the application expedited.
